Terms of Use

The rules for using azerateinc.com. The site is informational; any engagement is governed only by a signed written agreement.

Last updated: October 2, 2026

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

azerateinc.com (the “site”) is operated by Azerate Inc. (“AZERATE,” “we,” “us”), a Delaware corporation. These Terms of Use govern your use of the site. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

2. Informational site — no offer

The site describes our services for general information. Nothing on it — including descriptions, package names, prices, timelines, or examples — is an offer, a promise, or a binding commitment. No agreement exists between you and AZERATE unless and until both parties sign a written agreement. We may change our services, packages, and prices at any time.

3. Pilots are governed solely by a signed pilot agreement

Any pilot or other engagement is governed solely by a written pilot agreement signed by both parties. That agreement controls over anything on this site, in marketing materials, or in prior discussions. Messages prepared by automated assistants do not bind AZERATE. These Terms of Use are not a pilot agreement, and we do not publish our pilot contract on this site.

4. No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee any lead volume, response rate, booking, conversion, deliverability, carrier approval, third-party uptime, or revenue. Timelines described on the site are targets that depend on timely access and decisions from the client and on third parties (for example, SMS carrier review). Any metrics we report describe a client’s own before-and-after data and are not a forecast or a promise.

5. Not professional advice

Content on the site is not legal, tax, financial, regulatory, or compliance advice. You are responsible for your own obligations, including consent and disclosure requirements for calls, texts, and email.

6. Intellectual property

The site and its content — text, design, graphics, logos, and the AZERATE name and marks — are owned by AZERATE or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share links to the site for your personal or internal business purposes. You may not copy, republish, modify, or commercially exploit site content without our prior written permission. Nothing on the site grants a license to our trademarks.

7. Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the site: no attempts to disrupt or overload it, gain unauthorized access, scrape it at scale, or use it for anything unlawful.

8. Links and third-party services

The site links to third-party services, such as Cal.com for booking calls. We don’t control those services and aren’t responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We don’t warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, AZERATE will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from or related to your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you. This section doesn’t limit either party’s rights under a signed pilot agreement.

11. Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Use is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will stay in full force and effect.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when they last changed. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
