Response lag
Hot inquiries sit for hours while someone “gets to them.” By then, they’ve booked a competitor who replied in minutes.
AI automation for service SMBs
AZERATE configures one end-to-end workflow in your own accounts — capture, qualify, follow up, hand off — for faster, consistent follow-up after the form submit.
The problem
Service businesses pay for attention — then lose it between the form, the inbox, and the calendar. AZERATE automates that path end to end.
Hot inquiries sit for hours while someone “gets to them.” By then, they’ve booked a competitor who replied in minutes.
Your team treats every lead the same — or worse, cherry-picks. Bad-fit prospects burn time; good-fit ones never get a sharp next step.
Forms, email, SMS, CRM, and calendars don’t talk. Follow-up depends on memory, sticky notes, and whoever is free.
How it works
We don’t sell a platform deck. We configure a working system in your accounts — scoped, tested, and handed over with clear ownership. Timing depends on prompt access and decisions from your team.
We audit your inbound path, tools, and constraints. You get a written scope: what goes live, what waits, and what we’ll measure. On Day 3 we call go or no-go in writing.
We implement capture → qualify → follow-up. Automations, AI scoring, templates, and CRM/calendar handoff — tested against realistic scenarios you approve.
Go live around Day 11 with monitoring. We train your team, document the system, and leave you with metrics you can read without us. SMS follow-up is available after carrier (10DLC) approval and our compliance review; email can go live first.
What’s included
Unified intake from forms, ads, chat widgets, or your call line into one pipeline. Call capture runs only in your own accounts with your consent setup — AZERATE does not record calls.
Rules plus AI to score fit, urgency, and service match — with clear reasons your team can trust.
Instant acknowledgment (within your quiet hours and consent rules) + timed nudges by email, on your brand voice. SMS follow-up: available after carrier (10DLC) approval and our compliance review, and only with consent wording you approve.
Qualified leads land where your team already works — with context, not another inbox.
How it works, how to change rules, who owns what — written for operators, not engineers.
Response time, qualification rate, follow-up coverage, and booked next-steps — your baseline vs. the live days of the pilot (go-live is around Day 11), on your own data.
Pilot pricing
Pick the depth that matches your inbound complexity. Both are a 14-day pilot with a Day-3 go/no-go, subject to timely access and decisions from your team. SMS follow-up is available after carrier (10DLC) approval and our compliance review — email can go live first.

Marketing, creative, and consulting shops whose RFPs and form fills wait too long for first contact.
FAQ
No. The pilot is a fixed-scope build and handoff. We use your existing tools (or recommend lean ones). Later we may productize — the pilot stands on its own.
Good. We automate the repetitive layer so they spend time on conversations that close — not copy-paste triage. Humans stay in the loop where judgment matters.
It’s a 14-day pilot for one workflow, and it depends on timely access and decisions from your team. Days 1–3 lock the map, and on Day 3 we call go or no-go in writing. Go-live lands around Day 11. SMS follow-up is available after carrier (10DLC) approval and our compliance review, which can take longer — email can go live first.
50% at kickoff — no work starts until it clears — and 50% Net 7 after acceptance. If we call no-go on Day 3, you get 100% of the kickoff payment back. If you withdraw by Day 3, you get 50% of it back. After Day 3, the kickoff payment is non-refundable.
Median first-response time, % of leads touched by automation, qualification coverage, and booked next-steps. Go-live is around Day 11, so the pilot report covers the live days in the pilot: your baseline vs. after, on your own data. No invented benchmarks, and no promised results.
You own your accounts, data, configuration, and docs — everything runs in accounts you control. Once the pilot is paid in full, you also get a perpetual license to the AZERATE toolkit embedded in it. We keep our reusable Pilot Kit. You’re not locked in.
No. AZERATE never records calls. Any call capture runs only in your own accounts, after you certify your call-consent setup. The default is call-outcome logging. Missed-call text-back is available after carrier (10DLC) approval and our compliance review.
Full website redesigns, new paid-media campaigns, custom mobile apps, or open-ended “AI strategy.” Also not included: health data (PHI) or BAAs, and call recording by AZERATE. One workflow, shipped.
Next step
We’ll map your inbound path, confirm whether a 14-day pilot makes sense, and tell you which package fits — or if you’re not a fit yet.
