Who we are
Azerate Inc. (“AZERATE,” “we,” “us”), a Delaware corporation, operates azerateinc.com. This policy explains what happens to your information when you visit the site, book a call, or email us.
Visiting the site
The site is a static website hosted on GitHub Pages, a service of GitHub, Inc. When you load a page, GitHub’s servers receive standard request information, such as your IP address, browser user agent, the page requested, and the time. GitHub may log this for security and to operate the service. We do not receive these logs. See the GitHub General Privacy Statement.
Our fonts (Inter and Instrument Sans) are hosted on our own site, so loading a page doesn’t send requests to a third-party font service.
Cookies and analytics
We don’t set cookies. The site contains no JavaScript and uses no analytics, tracking pixels, advertising tags, session recording, or embedded third-party widgets. We don’t build profiles of visitors. We don’t track visitors across sites, so there’s nothing for Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals to turn off.
Booking a call (Cal.com)
Our “Book a fit call” buttons are links to Cal.com, a third-party scheduling service. Information you enter there, such as your name, email address, and any notes, is collected by Cal.com and shared with us so we can schedule and prepare for the call. Cal.com’s handling of your information is governed by the Cal.com Privacy Policy.
Fit calls (Google Calendar and Google Meet)
Fit calls are scheduled in Google Calendar and held on Google Meet, services of Google LLC that process call information on our behalf. That includes your name and email address, the email addresses of any guests you add to the booking, the meeting time, and basic connection details for the call. See the Google Privacy Policy. We don’t record fit calls.
Emailing us
Email sent to hello@azerateinc.com is received by ImprovMX, an email-forwarding service, which forwards it to our business mailbox. ImprovMX and our mailbox provider process the message to deliver and store it. We receive whatever you choose to send, such as your name, email address, and message contents.
If we email you
If we email you about our services, we use business contact details from public sources; reply ‘unsubscribe’ to stop.
How we use your information
We use booking details and email correspondence to respond to you, schedule and hold calls, assess whether our services fit your needs, and, if we work together, administer the engagement and keep business records. Data that clients share during a pilot is governed by the signed pilot agreement, not this policy.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with the service providers described above that help us run the site, scheduling, calls, and email, or when the law requires it. We may use AI tools as service providers to help draft replies and schedule calls. We choose providers and settings that limit how they use your data, but their own terms govern whether they use it to improve their models. Please don’t include sensitive information in your inquiry.
Retention
We keep emails and booking details only as long as we need them for the purposes above — to respond, follow up on our conversation, and keep reasonable business records — and then delete them. Prospect information is deleted within 12 months of last contact if no engagement begins, except that we keep a record of opt-out requests so we don’t contact you again; operational logs are kept no longer than 90 days. If you ask us to delete your information, we will, unless we must keep it to meet a legal obligation. Third-party providers (GitHub, Google, Cal.com, ImprovMX) keep data according to their own policies.
Your requests
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email hello@azerateinc.com. We’ll respond promptly and within the time applicable law requires. We may need to verify your request.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. We limit access to our mailbox and booking records to people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
Children
The site is for businesses and is not directed to children. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change how the site works (for example, adding analytics or cookies), we’ll update this policy first. The “Last updated” date above shows when it last changed.
